OurĀ 18ct gold Three Strand Rope Bangle is crafted using the time-honoured technique of hand-drawn wire. This method enhances the durability of the precious metal, ensuring a lasting piece of jewellery.
This process allows us to mix different coloured alloys of 18ct gold, which would be impossible with other metal work techniques such as casting. The bangles are customisable in size, thickness and number of strands.
Different alloys can come in different forms, whether we have created an ingot, been supplied with a rough section or have grain (which is melted into an ingot).
We start by using the rolling mill to forge the different alloys into the same square wire form.

The round wires are secured in a vice and twisted together. Then the bangle is shaped and cut to size making sure each colour aligns.
The final result is a seamlessly joined bangle which is perfect for everyday wear, and is made to last generations.
